Head Development

1. Handle all customer-specific requests
Service to include: o Product Development activities 0 New product concept till final design and providing inputs as a business partner. o Consumer/Product Testing and testing concept designing and testing setup development o Product-specific and customer-specific documents 2. Serve in cross-functional roles and responsibilities in support of corporate objectives o Lead role of the Product Management Team o Participation in the Sales and Operations Planning process during new product ramp-up stage o Other duties as assigned by the VP, Top Management, Production, and QA team as and when required. 3. Responsible for Performance Evaluation Analysis. Activities to include: o Post launch Product performance validation o Customer feedback o Respective process improvements confirmation from customer and respective team o Ensure key learnings and best practices are documented and shared institutionally. o Implement improvements in project management tools and methodologies. 4. Leading the company's New Product Development Department and making sure they are recognized as an important part of the companys success through achieving customers' targeted timeline for the new product 5. Interpreting new legislation and ensuring that all relevant staff are up to speed with any amendments to make sure all products are fully compliant and as per customer requirement / as per drawing 6. Managing multiple projects and staff-related new product development 7. Ensuring all new products meet technical, drawing , production parameters 8. Processing, maintaining, and Presenting documents related to KPI and MRM as per management. 9. Monitoring and validating product manufacturing at each stage of development, sometimes even attending production / Development batches as and where required. 10 Ensuring that the Supply Chain works Smoothly and on time BOPs/toolings available on the production line to the launching schedule and starting SOP on time. 11 Due to the complexity involved in the development strategies of new products/systems, maintaining physical and digital records of the product, testing, manufacturing, and Performance record monitoring. 12 Working with internal customer service teams to answer questions and collect feedback to be used in the next phase of the new product development. 13 Supporting to Development team in their new product activity as and when required.
