Quality Engineer

1. Assist in controlling Final Inspection quality control for specific customers.
Cutomers: TML, FIAT, PIAGGIO, YAPP, VOSS, ASHOK LEYLAND, VECV, DAIMLER, PREMEAR SEAL, TVS, VARROC, TATA TOYO, GREAVES COTTON, DENSO, SFC 2. Assist in managing daily manpower for final inspection for above customer lines as well as at outside vendors. 3. Ensuring daily tally sheet data entry ( final inspection ) in QUEST system. 4.Providing Training to new inspectors. 5.Verification of parts, gauges/fixtures, PPAP documents of parts handed over by NPD engineer. 6. Contributing in In-house rejection analysis & monitoring implementation of actions 7. Attending customer complaints ( visit to customer ) at above customers. 8. Ensuring sustenancae of actions taken against customer complaints. 9. Updation of process related documents ( WI, FMEA, CP etc )for quality. 10,. Assist in preparing Layout Inspection Report for all above customers ( as per plan ). 11. Assist in Product Audit for above customers ( as per plan ). 12. Responsible for closure of Internal and customer audit NCs by coordinating with supporting departments. 13 Arranging scrap disposal for all ( Vendor + In-house ) parts ( Excluding Silicon and Mahindra line parts ). 14. Inspection of reworked parts. 15. PDIR activity 16. Collection and handover of measurng instruments for calibration to Q.A. 17. Monitoring final line quality activities line Set-up aprovals, POKA-YOKE verification. 12. Monthly stock taking for qty. under HOLD. 13. Maintain documents related to ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 as per the laid down practices 14.Implementing IATF system at shoplfloor and closure of NC's.
