Role Overview: As the Head of Development at The Brij on behalf of Festivals From India, you will play a crucial role in driving ambitious fundraising goals and elevating Indian arts globally. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a top-tier donor portfolio, crafting a world-class development strategy, forging high-impact partnerships, and expanding reach. Your talent for storytelling and relationship-building will be key in engaging new audiences, exceeding fundraising targets, and inspiring action to enhance donor engagement and community impact. Additionally, as a passionate arts advocate and strategic leader, you will cultivate a strong team to position the venture for long-term success. Key Responsibilities: - Provide visionary leadership to drive ambitious fundraising goals and elevate Indian arts globally - Build and manage a top-tier donor portfolio - Craft a world-class development strategy and forge high-impact partnerships - Expand reach by engaging new audiences, exceeding fundraising targets, and inspiring action - Cultivate a strong team to position the venture for long-term success - Shape the museum's future through ethical decision-making and an entrepreneurial mindset Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Masters/Management degree from a top institution - 15+ years of leadership experience in financial services or a relevant industry Additional Company Details: Please note that the vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi, and the salary band is available upon request. As the Head of Development, you will need to have proven success in multi-million USD fundraising, private wealth management, investment banking, or philanthropy with international exposure. Your strong background in donor engagement, audience development, and high-value fundraising will be crucial. Experience managing large-scale financial programs across diverse geographies, along with a track record of leading teams, building long-term donor relationships, and exceeding revenue targets, will be essential for this role. Proficiency in developing and executing strategic fundraising plans, data analysis for donor strategy, and concept/solution selling for patronage building will also be required. In addition, your key personal attributes and skills should include being visionary with a strategic mindset, strong written and verbal skills, ability to foster lasting connections, results-driven and detail-oriented, deep commitment to the arts and cultural sector, and experience in managing large-scale, high-value programs across diverse geographies.,
