We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as CSR Fundraising Manager About the Role We are looking for a goal-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of securing CSR funding. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a demonstrated history of raising 5-6 Crore or more annually in the CSR space. You will play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising strategy, leveraging your extensive network in the CSR ecosystem to secure partnerships and funding to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet and exceed annual funding goals. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners, CSR foundations, and other stakeholders. Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding commitments. Represent Sampark Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our reach. Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives. Monitor and report on fundraising progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
