Position Objective: To drive Akhand Jyoti’s major gifts program by engaging UHNI and family foundations, cultivating long-term philanthropic partnerships, and establishing a strong pipeline of high-value donors. This role is key to unlocking transformative contributions by building deep, personal, and mission-aligned relationships. Location - Mumbai, Remote Key Responsibilities 1. New Donor Acquisition & Business Development 2. Stewardship & Retention 3. Strategic Fundraising & Donor Experience Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any stream; Post-graduate preferred Minimum 10 +years’ experience in UHNI/HNI sales or relationship management – from Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury Brands, or High-End Insurance sectors Proven track record of managing a book of UHNI clients with relationship-based selling. Key Competencies Passionate about creating social change and keen to transition into a purpose-driven role Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and translate donor motivations into meaningful engagement.
