Head Designer

 Lead the design team in developing creative, functional, and innovative modular kitchen designs that meet client needs and trends.  Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and alignment with client expectations.  Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budgets, translating them into design solutions.  Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high quality design outputs. Ensure all designs meet company standards for aesthetics, functionality, and safety, while also complying with industry regulations.  Work closely with material suppliers, appliance vendors, and contractors to source products and ensure seamless execution of designs. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to continuously improve and refresh the company’s offerings.  Lead design presentations, explaining design rationale, materials, and processes, while handling client feedback and making necessary adjustments.  Address any design or installation issues that arise during the project, finding quick and effective solutions to ensure the smooth execution of the design plan. Ensure that design projects align with client budgets, making cost-effective choices in materials and appliances without compromising on quality or aesthetics SKILLS REQUIRED :  Design Expertise  CAD & 3D Design Skills  Project Management Experience  Client Interaction Skills  Industry Knowledge
