About the Role

This role is at the intersection of creativity and usability. The Creative Head will drive the companys design vision, making sure our products and applications are user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams, mentor a creative team, and also contribute directly to design when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design direction to make the products simple, intuitive, and engaging.
• Define and implement brand strategy and creative guidelines for WE Excel.
• Guide and mentor a team of designers and multimedia professionals.
• Improve the look and feel of the products through thoughtful use of colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Translate complex software concepts into easy-to-use product interfaces and communication materials.
• Ensure design consistency across applications, websites, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and digital innovations to bring fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality design and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role with strong focus on

  UI/UX design

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly product designs, brand campaigns, and creative innovation.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in improving product usability and enhancing user experiences.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT, Software or Fintech industries.
• Familiarity with digital product branding and user interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of front-end design basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
