Role Overview: As the Head of Data Operations for our client in the sustainability consulting domain based in Delhi NCR, you will oversee and optimize data operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient data collection, quality processes, and operational excellence. You will lead a team of data professionals and collaborate with internal and external senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of data professionals to ensure efficient data collection, quality processes, and operational excellence. - Manage and improve data quality while enhancing operational efficiency. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of data management principles, data lifecycle, and best practices for data quality. - Utilize experience with data management tools and technologies to drive effective operations. - Showcase excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external senior stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Possess 8 - 15 years of work experience in a similar industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Ideally, have 6+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, data collection, or quality processes. - Have a proven track record of managing large teams and improving data quality. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside a hands-on mentality. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be motivated and passionate about sustainability-related data and climate change.,
