Head Clinic Manager for Aesthetic Clinic

Key Responsibilities: (Only Female Candidates)

• Supervise Clinic Managers:
• Provide strong leadership and direct oversight to Clinic Managers, ensuring they are effectively managing their respective teams, operations, and customer experience.
• Ensure Policy Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and aesthetic treatment guidelines at all clinics.

• Operational Oversight:

Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and on-site inspections to ensure all locations are running efficiently and in full compliance with legal and internal standards.Hold Clinic Managers accountable for KPIs, including revenue targets, client satisfaction, employee conduct, and clinical outcomes.Ensure clinic staff receive ongoing training and development. Identify skill gaps and work with HR and training teams to address them.Take corrective actions when necessary, including issuing warnings, performance improvement plans, or recommending terminations if policies or standards are breached.Monitor and respond to escalated client feedback. Ensure all clinics uphold a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and client care.Report regularly to senior leadership with updates on clinic performance, issues, and opportunities. Communicate directives clearly to Clinic Managers and ensure follow-through.Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations or multi-site management role, preferably in the aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a firm, disciplined management style.
• Deep understanding of aesthetic clinic services, compliance requirements, and patient care standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
