Job Title: Cook / Chef – South Indian Style

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Only candidates from Chennai will be considered)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef specializing in South Indian food to prepare authentic, hygienic, and tasty dishes for our showroom customers. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and providing a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes ( meals, snacks, tiffin items).
• Ensure taste, hygiene, and presentation meet high standards.
• Plan and manage daily menu as per customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Monitor ingredients and assist in procurement when needed.
• Serve food to showroom customers politely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a Cook/Chef in South Indian cuisine.
• Ability to cook for small to medium groups (not mass catering).
• Good knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and techniques.
• Cleanliness, discipline, and customer-friendly behavior.
• Preference for candidates already based in Chennai.
