As the Head Chef - Outlet at Hyatt International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department while upholding the brand standards and corporate strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, overseeing the successful functioning of all outlets in alignment with the hotel's standards and profitability goals.
