As the Head Chef - Outlet at Hyatt International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department while upholding the brand standards and corporate strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, overseeing the successful functioning of all outlets in alignment with the hotel's standards and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Oversee the operations of all outlets within the Food and Beverage Department - Ensure that the outlets are individually profitable and meet the standard of the hotel - Function as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department Qualifications Required: - Ideally possess an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production - Minimum of 2 years" experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a larger operation - Must have good practical, operational, and administrative skills with a creative flair Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are essential for excelling in the role of Head Chef - Outlet at Hyatt International.,
