Head - Business - Digital / Mobile Advertisement

As the Head of Business at mADmart with 15+ years of industry experience, your role is crucial in building a strong client base to generate revenue and managing the ongoing expansion for the region. You will be responsible for exploring opportunities to leverage the Mobile Advertising platform for venturing into different geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver key mADmart business metrics such as ROs, Gross Revenues, Net Revenues, direct costs, and collections. - Drive mADmart value proposition across agencies and advertisers. - Develop new business relationships, educate clients on mobile offerings, and increase revenue from existing client relationships. - Build and manage a team of direct sales, channel sales, and marketing resources. - Ensure an adequate pipeline for the business by generating leads, negotiating sales, and closing deals through the full sales lifecycle. - Establish revenue partnerships with aggregators, digital agencies, and other solution providers. - Develop and grow relationships with key Mobile service providers, advertisers, and agencies. - Manage a cross-functional team across multiple geographies to ensure collaborative service delivery. - Optimize staffing, utilization, and retention of required skills. - Allocate resources efficiently considering logistics like travel, work permits, visas, etc. - Influence service delivery teams and operator stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Industry experience in IT/Computers-Software. - Role experience as a Head with a focus on V&V. - Key skills in Enterprise Mobility Solutions, Digital Marketing, Channel Sales, Marketing, Direct Sales, Advertising, Team Management, New Business Development, Lead Generation, Mobile Advertising, Digital Advertising, and Managing Ad Agencies. - Education background in MBA.,
