Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy aligned with company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and gross margin goals
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through direct outreach, partnerships, and RFP participation
Collaborate with operations and solutions teams to create customized FM solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine the go-to-market approach
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities
Develop and manage a high-performing sales team through coaching, goal setting, and performance management
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership
Implementation of Funnel management/CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in facility management or related services and leadership roles
Proven track record in large account acquisition and revenue growth
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Deep understanding of integrated FM services
Excellent leadership and people management abilities
Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems and FM industry tools
