Job Description

ob Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare a variety of beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and answering menu-related questions.
Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines at all times.
Suggest menu items or upsell specialty drinks and snacks to customers.
Assist in training new staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
