Job Description

Job description We seek a passionate and skilled Italian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive Italian cuisine experience, focusing on authentic recipes, fresh ingredients, and creativity in presenting traditional dishes. Responsibilities : Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, pizzas, seafood, meats, and sauces. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Create new Italian recipes and menu items, based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality across all shifts. Handle food preparation and cooking during peak hours with precision and efficiency.
