Job Description

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing asset management strategies for hospitality assets to maximize ROI. - Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties. - Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. - Acting as the primary liaison between Adani and hotel operators. - Negotiating and managing Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts. - Ensuring compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations. - Overseeing annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset. - Conducting variance analysis and recommending corrective actions. - Supporting investment decisions, feasibility studies, and valuation exercises. - Driving renovation, repositioning, and capital expenditure projects. - Ensuring timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards. - Preparing periodic performance reports for senior leadership. - Establishing governance frameworks for operational and financial oversight. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, finance or a related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.,
