Head Accountant

You will be joining a 30-year-old reputed and progressive chartered accountancy firm, SPARK & Associates Chartered Accountants LLP, which operates in 11 states and 13 cities across India. Our firm is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their business and financial objectives, aiming for growth and profitability. As part of our vision to establish a pan-Indian presence, we are looking to expand our reach to all major cities in the country. As the Head Accountant based in Thane, you will hold a full-time on-site position with responsibilities that include overseeing all financial activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience in accounting using Tally software. A background in Commerce or being a semi-qualified CA is preferred. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, so familiarity with these areas is crucial. We expect you to be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess good communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
