Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
Build strong client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Delivery Management:
Ensure timely, within-budget project completion; lead delivery teams.
Strategic Planning:
Develop growth strategies, identify opportunities, and collaborate on innovative solutions.
Financial Management:
Manage P&L, track financial performance, and optimize costs.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field.
15+ years in account management and delivery, preferably in IT services.
Deep manufacturing industry knowledge.
Proven track record in managing large accounts and complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with global clients and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
