Branch Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and team performance. You will ensure seamless delivery of banking services while driving sales, managing risk and building strong customer relationships.

Job Location: Sanchore, Ahore and Raniwara Rajasthan

Role: Branch Manager

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking Industry

Responsibilities:

Business and Sales Performance and achieving business targets
Operational Excellence
Customer Service and Complaint Management
Team Leadership & Staff Development
Regulatory and Compliance Control
Process monitoring & Risk Management

Preferred candidate profile:

Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
Strong relationship management & advisory skills
Knowledge of banking products, KYC norms, and portfolio management
Strong background in Branch Operations, Sales, Team Management and Customer Relationship Management
