Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HCM Fusion Project Manager with deep technical expertise in the Oracle Fusion SaaS platform The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM implementation projects, data conversions, and hands-on configuration, with the ability to manage and lead a team through end-to-end project delivery, Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end HCM Fusion implementation and enhancement projects, Utilize strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS platform to provide effective solutions, Oversee data loading activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other tools, Perform hands-on development and configuration of Fusion HCM business objects and flex fields, Execute mass updates and manage Fusion Personalization across modules, Provide expert support on Core HR, Workforce Deployment, and Development modules, Drive data conversions, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting using BIP and RDF templates, Write and review complex Fast Formulas tailored to client needs, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive as-is/to-be and technical specification documents, Analyze, design, and develop robust integration and conversion strategies, Provide day-to-day support for ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and optimization, Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment across technical and functional domains, Required Skills & Qualification: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS platforms, Proficient in HDL, Spreadsheet Data Loader, and data conversion techniques, Deep knowledge of Fusion HCM Business Objects, Flexfields, and Mass Updates, Expertise in Fusion Personalizations and Fast Formula creation, Solid experience in implementation, support, and ticket resolution in Core HR modules, Skilled in developing technical specifications, as-is and to-be documentation, Strong experience working on interfaces, inbound/outbound integrations, and BI Publisher (BIP)/RDF reports, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams, Preferred Qualification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s), Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Previous consulting or client-facing experience,
