Job Description

Role Overview: You are expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle and must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations. Your responsibilities will include expert implementation experience in multiple modules such as Absence Management, Recruiting Cloud, Time and Labor, Talent, Benefits (US legislation), Core HR, and Compensation. Additionally, you should have completed at least 3 projects in these modules and have experience in client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences - Demonstrate expert implementation experience in more than 2 modules - Engage with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live - Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management - Show good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager - Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems - Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables - Be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long durations Qualifications: - Career Level - IC3 - Engineering graduates with MBA (HR) will be preferred About Us: As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
