Job Description

The Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Engineer will utilize expert level experience and knowledge of on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager, Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Directory Synchronization tools, for a large enterprise environment operations support and administration. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Required Skill and Experience: Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues. Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise environment. Troubleshoot Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) on-premises servers and M365 resources. Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork. Work on multiple operational issues at one time Perform other related duties as assigned. Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required. Produce technical and operational documentation. Role Requirements Must have experience with MIM 2016 or FIM 2012 R2 Sync, implementation, and management of FIM/MIM identity solutions utilizing Portal. 5 years minimum of progressive experience in supporting environments using Microsoft platforms with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience. Demonstrate a customer focused attitude. 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience. Experience with creating and leveraging PowerShell scripting and automation. ITIL experience (preferred) Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment. Good understanding of change management Microsoft Certified Professional certification is a plus.
