• Project/initiatives/deliverables Execution and Governance, Monitoring these tasks against time, budget and quality standards.
• Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the process • Able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated goals. • Project/initiatives Documentation and Archives; Prepare consolidated material from relevant reports for monthly review. • Project/task/deliverables Prioritization and Portfolio Alignment. • Responsible for balancing multiple tasks and communicating priorities internally. • Process Improvement and Standards Development. • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the deliverables to all stakeholders. • Compliance Reporting delivery to SOW / Service Levels/Project P&L / Actuals / Costs budget & Forecasting. • Collaborate with MIS team to generate reporting / monitoring / management • Monthly reporting on Portfolio status against completion to schedule • Maintenance of templates, activity framework & data structure, checklists • Validate Project/initiative/deliverables Closure Checklist
