What you'll do? Collect, consolidate, and analyse sales performance data from multiple internal teams including business, technologies, and operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports for the leadership team. Track sales initiatives end-to-end through effective project management, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. Take full ownership of collecting, consolidating, and analyzing sales performance data from multiple internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations. Work as an individual contributor, independently managing reporting deliverables and stakeholder communication. Support business reviews by generating insights and visual dashboards in Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. Setup of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Lead Squared. Assist leadership with ad-hoc data requests and performance analytics. Ensure consistency, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting processes. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data collection processes. Who do you need to be? MBA/PGDM preferred from a top B-School (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred). 1 to 2 years of experience in sales reporting, MIS, or business analysis roles. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, technology, and operations teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Lead Squared. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership reporting. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deliverables. Job location: Chennai (Work from office)
