Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Hardware Support Engineer. The Hardware Support Engineer will be responsible for providing hardware support, performing technical troubleshooting, and offering analytical solutions for hardware-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include identifying hardware problems, resolving technical support tickets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware components. Roles & Responsibilities - Qualifications Expertise in Hardware Support and Hardware troubleshooting skills (Remote Support) Strong Analytical Skills related to hardware and technical issues Experience in providing Technical Support Strong Troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment as required Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics, or related field is a plus.
