Hardware QA & Support Engineer

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small team of passionate engineers. You will be working on testing, troubleshooting, and supporting IoT devices and software developed in India for the global market.

0 to 2 years of experience in electronic hardware testing and servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, service, and repair electronic devices and hardware
• Perform PCB testing, develop and execute test cases, and support servicing/repairs
• Provide customer support via audio and video calls
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide on-site support when required (occasional travel may be necessary)
• Develop test case scenarios, detailed test specifications, test steps, and test scripts
• Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects
• Prepare and maintain detailed service and test reports
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, with a solid understanding of electronic components

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCB soldering (a strong plus)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer support skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
