Hardware Project Lead

You will be joining Syrma Johari MedTech Ltd. as a full-time Hardware Project Lead based in Jodhpur. In this role, you will lead hardware sustenance and design to manufacturing transfer projects. Your responsibilities will include designing circuit boards, test fixtures, addressing production complaints, and leading a team of hardware engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and quality standards are upheld. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Hardware Development and Hardware, experience in Circuit Design and Hardware Architecture, and knowledge of Computer Hardware. Strong project management and team collaboration skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience in the medical device industry would be advantageous.
