Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as BIOS, CPU, memory modules (RAM), storage devices (HDD/SSD), and peripherals.
Troubleshoot issues with computer systems and networks using diagnostic tools like PowerShell scripting.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including patch management, antivirus updates, disk space monitoring, and system logging.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues related to hardware installation and configuration.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding IT asset management and security protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
Proficiency in installing and configuring various types of hardware components (CPU/BIOS/RAM/Storage Devices).
Strong knowledge of BMC software products.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
