Job Title Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer Hardware Design to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering industrial automation projects involving control systems and electrical design. This role demands strong technical acumen, creativity, and a passion for delivering customer-focused, reliable, and efficient engineering solutions. Experience and Skill Set Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, or Electronics Engineering. 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation hardware design (Rockwell Automation, Control Logix, Compact Logix, PLC5, Siemens, Schneider, etc.). ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Proficiency in EPLAN (preferred) and AutoCAD for control system design and documentation. Sound understanding of DOL, S/D, VFDs, Soft Starters, PLC & MCC system design. Knowledge of design calculations (heat dissipation, load, cable sizing, etc.). Expertise in electrical standards such as IEC, JIC, NEMA, NFPA, UL508A. Experience in control circuit design and mechanical layout of electrical enclosures. Working knowledge of Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Intelligent Motor Control, and Safety Products. ¢ Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and Project Management basics. ¢ ¢ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines. Job Responsibilities ¢ Design and implement complex control systems and ensure compliance with customer and project specifications. ¢ Develop and review detailed electrical design documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOMs. ¢ Analyze existing systems and propose technical improvements or cost-saving design enhancements. ¢ Coordinate the integration of subsystems into complete automation solutions. ¢ Identify and resolve technical deficiencies or non-compliance issues during project execution. ¢ Execute assigned project tasks with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance. ¢ Support the Team Lead/Lead Engineer in resolving design, technical, and implementation challenges. ¢ Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices. ¢ Maximize reuse of standard designs and engineering templates to improve delivery efficiency. ¢ Assist in managing technical risks and ensuring project deliverables meet all quality standards. ¢ Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful customer acceptance and satisfaction.

¢ Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through process improvement and design optimization. ¢ Continuously develop technical expertise and share best practices with team members to enhance collective capability.
