B.TECH, good communication and leadership skills and prior experience in High Speed Design on Allegro is a must.

Role Description -

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Manager to lead a team to design and develop High speed and Microcontroller based Hardware. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing hardware projects, ensuring product quality and reliability, and providing technical guidance and support.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team. Be the development face with Semiconductor suppliers.
• Strong foundation in high-speed hardware development, mixed-signal designs, including integration of analog and digital components.
• Extensive experience in designing for embedded, IoT and System on Module (SOM).
• Thorough Knowledge of EMI / EMC compliance for PCB designs and mitigation techniques, high speed circuit design. Ability to interface with Semicon Supplier to evolve designs and solutions.
• Strong background in embedded hardware designs.
• Architecting firmware requirements and hardware/firmware interfaces.
• Exposure to industry standards for wired & wireless communications such as PCIE bus, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN, Zigbee, SPI, I2C, etc.
• Proficient in schematic design and leading multilayer PCB layout engineers.
• Strong desire to deep-dive into system-level issues and resolve them effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to drive problems to closure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Hands-on debug experience with usage of modern lab equipment (DSOs, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers).
• Experience in memory interface design and troubleshooting.
• Experience in preparation of technical documents.
• Capability of individual project handling.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation in design.
