Roles and Responsibilities: Desired Skills: Maintain all IT hardware used in plant operations, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and Web Bridge systems. Perform regular health checks, preventive maintenance, and timely replacement or repair of faulty equipment. Wi-Fi Device Support Ensure continuous uptime and performance of plant Wi-Fi infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to wireless access points, controllers, and client devices. Collaborate with the network team for performance tuning and network expansion as required. Facility Management IT Support Provide end-to-end technical support for CSCTS devices deployed across the plant. Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution of hardware-related issues Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline. Good Exposure to latest hardware and networking technologies Good communication skills 3-5 years of relevant industry experience Muri (Ranchi), Jharkhand Hardware and Networking
