Halwai Chef Commi III

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Halwai Chef – Commi III preferably male to assist in preparing a variety of Indian sweets and traditional snacks. The candidate should have prior experience in a professional kitchen and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Indian sweets, mithai, and traditional snacks under senior supervision.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and bulk production.
• Assist in inventory management

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Halwai Chef or in Indian sweet preparation.
• Better if the candidate is from Whitefield location
• Knowledge of common Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible with shifts and working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
