• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive salon atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Operations and administration:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Oversee inventory, track stock levels, and order necessary supplies and products.
• Ensure the salon is clean, sanitary, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Financial management:

• Monitor financial performance, track sales, and manage payroll.
• Handle client payments, maintain financial records, and prepare reports.

• Marketing and business development:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Promote services, products, and special offers through social media and other channels.
