H Card Customs Clearance

Role Overview: As a Customs Clearance Executive (H- Card) in the Customs Clearance department at our Hyderabad, Telangana location, you will be responsible for handling Customs Queries and complaints with your problem-solving skills. You will need to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment and must be proficient in the local language (Telugu) along with Hindi/English. Your soft-spoken and good communication skills will be essential for liaising with customs officers. It is also required that you have your own conveyance and reside near Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your work experience in customs clearance of Import & Export shipments at sea and Airports - Perform and implement all custom clearance activities, including following up on incoming shipments, document transactions, and day-to-day related activities in line with objectives, policies, and procedures - Demonstrate good knowledge of customs laws, SEZ/FTWZ Clearance and procedures, Customs tariff, Notifications, Classification, etc. - Possess expertise in pre & post shipment documentation, tariff & Air/Sea cargo Clearance Procedure - Familiarity with FSSAI, ADC, BIS, WPC, and other licensing and custom related formalities Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi/English languages - Soft-spoken and good communicator - Knowledge of customs laws and procedures - Experience in customs clearance of Import & Export shipments - Understanding of pre & post shipment documentation - Familiarity with FSSAI, ADC, BIS, WPC, and other licensing and custom related formalities,
