Gym Trainer (Female)

As a Fitness Trainer at our company, your role involves guiding members through proper exercise techniques and workout routines. You will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans based on individual goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, or rehabilitation. It is essential to demonstrate exercises safely and correctly while motivating and supporting clients to stay consistent with their workouts. Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to training plans will also be a part of your core responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure that members use equipment safely to prevent workout injuries. Your duties will also include maintaining cleanliness and organization on the gym floor, inspecting equipment to ensure safe working conditions, and assisting members with machine settings and form correction. Enforcing gym rules and promoting discipline among members will be crucial for smooth gym floor management. Client interaction is an important aspect of this role, where you will conduct fitness assessments and consultations. Providing basic, non-medical diet and lifestyle recommendations, tracking client attendance and engagement, and building positive relationships with members to improve retention are key components of client interaction. To excel in this position, you are expected to stay updated with new workout methods and fitness trends. Possessing knowledge in strength training, cardio, HIIT, flexibility, and functional movements is essential. Your ability to train both individuals and groups will be tested, and having CPR/First-Aid knowledge will be considered an added advantage. Depending on the gym, you may also be required to assist in promoting personal training packages, upselling memberships and fitness programs, and maintaining client records and progress charts. These sales and administrative duties, if applicable, will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Please note that this job is full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
