Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and visitors with inquiries and registrations.Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling client concerns or feedback.Provide information on memberships, packages, and promotions.Assist in signing up new members and explaining gym rules & policies.Handle daily check-ins and maintain attendance records.Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.Manage membership renewals and follow up with clients on pending dues.Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized including entire gym.Coordinate with trainers and staff to schedule client appointments.Maintain stock of gym-related supplies and inform management of any needs.Monitor gym equipment usage and report maintenance requirements.Maintain daily logs of member visits and feedback.Provide basic reports on membership status and client inquiries.Communicate important updates and events to clients and staff.
