About the Role As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our members every day by providing personalized fitness training and guidance. Responsibilities Identify the clients fitness level and health Oversee completion of exercise routines Track clients’ physical progress Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely Handle nutrition and health-related questions Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed Follow safety and hygiene guidelines Give one on one training to the clients based on requirement Qualifications Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role Required Skills Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client’s needs Excellent communication skills Teamwork Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends Proven experience of CPR and First Aid Required trainer certifications Preferred Skills N/A Pay range and compensation package Fixed- Rs.20000 Variable- Depends on target achievement and number of sessions Earning Potential- L1(Rs.45000), L2 (Rs.55000), L3 (Rs.70000), L4 (Rs.80000), L5(Rs.95000) Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.
