Job Description

Gujarat - Assistant Manager - Slitting - (250001CT)

Description

Ø Requirement coverage, status, defect metrics for predictions & changes in process activities.

Ø Planning & Execution scenario to validate solutions as per requirements from order initiation to process completion.

Ø Maintain safe working environments & ensure continued compliance by sharing GMP.

Ø Provide market operations with customer insights & qualifications of potential developments of new solution.

Ø Participate in internal & external audits.

Ø Oversee all operations from finishing departments, process to ensure teams are following policies & procedure related to employee, food safety & environmental compliances.

Ø Ensure packing and dispatch work delivery is met as per KPI.

Ø Ensure the packing of the final product timely and same needs to be sent to the dispatch room for dispatch.

Ø Develop team to solve & trouble shoot day to day operational issues.

Ø Keep daily production details and update the senior on the production details.

Ø Resolve the complaints of the customer if any related to the packing and dispatch.

Ø Daily scheduling of staff and workers in the slitting machine.

Ø Should be responsible for maintaining 5s.

Qualifications

Ø B. Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical /production.

Ø Should have 10-15 Yrs of relevant experience.
