Guitar Teacher (Part-Time / Flexible) - Kothrud Center

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Guitar Teacher to join our faculty at the Pune Center. The ideal candidate will be able to teach students of various ages and skill levels. This role requires availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with the flexibility to offeradditional slots on other days based on mutual convenience.

Engagement: Part-time. The teacher would be required to work as per mutually agreed timeslots.

• Formal training in music or relevant certifications in guitar performance/teaching
• Familiarity with various music genres and styles
• Experience preparing students for music exams (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM) or public performances

• Proficiency in playing guitar (acoustic, classical, or electric) with strong technical skills
• Prior experience teaching guitar (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Ability to teach students across various age groups and skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach to teaching, adapting to different learning needs
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Willingness to offer additional teaching slots during the week if possible

• Conduct engaging and structured guitar lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students
• Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student goals and learning styles
• Teach both practical and theoretical aspects of guitar playing, including technique, music reading, improvisation, and repertoire
• Inspire and motivate students to progress in their musical journey
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback
• Prepare students for performances, exams, or recitals as required
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment
