Guidewire Manager Integration

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you will lead various Guidewire implementation and Prototype development projects for global customers. You will play a crucial role in contributing to different streams of Guidewire implementation projects, collaborating with onsite coordinators, monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, and providing regular status reports to Program Managers and onsite coordinators. Additionally, you will interface with customer representatives as necessary to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute as a Manager (Technical leader) in various streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Interface, collaborate, and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team - Mentor the project team in project execution - Provide regular status reports to Program Managers and onsite coordinators - Interact with customer representatives as needed Qualification Required: - BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with 8-10 years of industry experience - Proficient in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and/or Guidewire Integration - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines products - Strong technical skills in Java 8+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging System - Expertise in Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration for Insurance applications - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication, leadership, client facing, and project management skills Company Details: At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while instilling trust in the capital markets.
