Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will be an integral part of a team focused on solving complex business issues and providing innovative solutions. Your role will involve leveraging technology systems in the financial services sector to improve client experiences and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness and personal development. - Delegate tasks to provide growth opportunities for team members. - Apply critical thinking to solve unstructured problems effectively. - Utilize various tools and techniques to analyze industry trends and extract insights. - Ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance in work and that of others. - Communicate effectively and build quality relationships with stakeholders. - Uphold ethical standards and business conduct of the firm. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with Guidewire products such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter. - Proficiency in Integration and Guidewire platform including Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model. - Strong knowledge of Web services, XML, ant script, and databases like Oracle or SQL Server. - Familiarity with SCM tools like GIT, TFS, SVN, etc. and servers/containers like Tomcat, JBoss, or Websphere. - Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Proficient in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology. - Understanding of the insurance domain, software architecture, and design patterns. - Experience in team leadership, estimation, code review, and mentoring. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA.
