Guidewire Integration Business Analyst

As a Guidewire Integration Business Analyst, your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, and overseeing the implementation of Guidewire software in your organization's existing systems. You must have a solid understanding of both business processes and technical integration strategies to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Guidewire integration projects through workshops, interviews, and meetings - Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications - Design integration solutions aligned with business requirements and Guidewire capabilities - Work closely with developers and technical teams to implement integration solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives - Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate integration solutions with stakeholders and end-users - Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations - Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on integrated systems and processes - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of integration activities for timely and within-budget project completion - Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong understanding of Guidewire software and integration methodologies - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation - Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desirable Skills: - Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter - Familiarity with integration technologies like Web Services, XML, and messaging queues - Knowledge of insurance industry standards and practices Note: Continuous learning and staying updated with Guidewire product releases and industry best practices are essential to succeed in this role.,
