Role: Guidewire Integration Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Work with stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Guidewire integration.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current systems and identify gaps.
  

Analysis & Design:

• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Design robust integration solutions aligned with Guidewire capabilities.
  

Implementation Support:

• Collaborate with development teams to implement and support integration solutions.
• Oversee integration activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  

Testing & Validation:

• Create and execute test plans to ensure seamless system performance.
• Work with end-users for validation and feedback.
  

Documentation & Training:

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Train stakeholders on integration processes and systems.
  

Project Coordination:

• Contribute to project planning and ensure timely delivery.
• Track progress and escalate risks when necessary.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Stay current with Guidewire updates and industry trends.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven Business Analyst experience in insurance domain preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Guidewire software

  and integration methodologies.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with

  SDLC

  and

  Agile

  practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Guidewire

  PolicyCenter

  ,

  BillingCenter

  , or

  ClaimCenter

  .
• Understanding of integration tech:

  Web Services, XML, Messaging Queues

  .
• Knowledge of insurance standards and best practices.
