Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter (v10 & Cloud).
  
• Drive technical decisions related to configuration, integrations, workflows, and data modeling.
  
• Guide development teams on Gosu best practices, UI configurations, product modeling, and coding standards.
  
• Work closely with business, QA, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  
• Architect integrations with external systems using Guidewire integration frameworks.
  
• Ensure system performance, reusability, and compliance with security and coding standards.
  
• Support migrations, upgrades, cloud deployments, and platform modernization.
  
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, documentation, and overall project delivery.
  

Required Skills

• 14–20 years

  of total IT experience with

  7+ years in Guidewire

  .

• Guidewire ACE Certified

  – mandatory.
• Strong expertise in

  ClaimCenter v10+ and Cloud versions

  .
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Property & Casualty Insurance domain

  .
• Strong proficiency in:
  
• Gosu scripting
  
• Guidewire UI configuration
  
• Data Model / Entity configuration
  
• Hands-on experience with

  integration techniques

  (SOAP / REST, Messaging, Kafka, ESB/MuleSoft, etc.).
• Good knowledge of

  GX Model, Entity Populator, XML

  .
• Experience with

  Oracle or SQL Server

  , strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with

  Agile development methodologies

  .

Good to Have

• Experience working with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP).
  
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud-native architectures.
  
• Prior experience mentoring teams or playing a Tech Lead role.
