Job Description

As a Guidewire Consultant at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite based on client requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Policy Center with enterprise applications. - Leveraging Guidewire provided Tools and accelerators to optimize system performance and streamline business workflow. - Developing and maintaining the Rating Module to ensure policy rating aligns with business requirements. - Monitoring system performance using tools like Splunk and Datadog to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. - Implementing and managing the Guidewire APD to support product definition and lifecycle journey. - Integrating Guidewire Insurance Suite with other enterprise applications to ensure data consistency and integrity across the enterprise. - Developing PCF and Gosu components to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. - Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure adherence to defined Guidewire standards. - Contributing to continuously improving system architecture and design to enhance platform scalability and performance. - Collaborating with the business to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Mentoring the team on application and technology. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter with Specialist/Ace certification. - Proficiency in Guidewire Tools and accelerators. - Experience with Rating, Splunk, and Datadog. - Strong understanding of Guidewire APD, Data Model, and integration. - Experience with PCF and Gosu development. - Strong analytical and logical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
