Job Description

You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of Guidewire InsuranceSuite products (PC, BC, CC). You will be located at any Cognizant location. As a part of your role, you will: - Participate in business requirements and functional requirements review meetings to design and formulate technical specifications for features to be implemented in Guidewire. - Analyze the requirements and implement them using Guidewire, either through Out-of-the-Box solutions in the Guidewire platform or by providing custom solutions. - Estimate the development effort required for both Configuration and Integration. - Design, Develop, and Unit Test Guidewire Configurations and customizations as per requirements using GOSU Guidewire scripting language. - Implement Guidewire Integration plugins to facilitate data exchange with vendor partners and internal systems. - Perform defect triage and defect fixes during System Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing. - Ensure that non-functional, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met for all development and enhancement activities. - Prototype and Implement system enhancements and new Guidewire product features to resolve complex business and technical challenges. - Participate in daily standup meetings, project checkups, and retrospectives. - Have good experience in Agile; Safe Agile experience is a significant advantage.
