Guidewire Configuration Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and GOSU development
• The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the P&C insurance domain, experience in PCF screen configuration, and proven capability to deliver high-quality Guidewire solutions across the SDLC

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter components and workflows
• Design, develop, and maintain GOSU code following OOP standards and best practices
• Configure PCF screens, UI layouts, roles, permissions, regions, and activity patterns
• Resolve configuration and integration issues identified during testing and UAT
• Manage code merges, environment activities, and Guidewire upgrades
• Develop GUnit/JUnit test cases for business logic validation
• Lead and mentor development teams; collaborate with onshore/offshore teams
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, sprint demos, and code reviews
