Cinema Guest Service Provider – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer ServiceGreet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist guests with ticketing, seating, and general queries. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required. 2. Ticketing & ReservationsOperate ticketing systems efficiently. Issue tickets, check availability, and manage online/phone bookings. Ensure proper cash handling and maintain accurate records. 3. Auditorium ManagementGuide guests to their respective screens. Ensure show start/end times are maintained smoothly. Check auditorium cleanliness and readiness before every show. 4. Concessions Counter (Snacks & Beverages)Prepare and serve food/beverages as per standards. Maintain hygiene and follow food safety guidelines. Ensure stock availability and assist in daily inventory. 5. Safety & SecurityEnsure guests follow cinema safety rules. Assist during emergency situations (fire, evacuation, etc.). Monitor suspicious activities and report immediately. 6. Cleanliness & HygieneMaintain cleanliness in lobby, counters, washrooms, and seating areas. Coordinate with housekeeping for timely cleaning. 7. Queue & Crowd ManagementManage queues at entry, exit, box office, and concession areas. Handle peak-time crowd efficiently during weekends/holidays. 8. Compliance & StandardsFollow company SOPs, grooming standards, and uniform guidelines. Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and operational processes. 9. Upselling & Revenue SupportPromote promotions, combos, and membership programs. Encourage guests to try new offerings and premium services. 10. TeamworkCoordinate with projection, housekeeping, security, and management. Support team members during rush hours.
