Guest Service Associate: Resort

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to resort guests by ensuring a welcoming, smooth, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and supports front desk operations, guest inquiries, and resort coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, activities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Process payments, reservations, room changes, and special requests accurately
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
• Uphold resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
