Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calangute for a Guest Service Associate - F&B. The Guest Service Associate will ensure excellent service standards by assisting guests with their food and beverage requirements. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing guest queries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and adherence to service protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service operations
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Ability to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service
• Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is preferred
